First Week Check In

Over all during the first 7 days, it was a bumpy ride to consistency and discipline. So out of the three criteria of the challenge, training Ab, Running and stretching for a perfect split, I managed to meet Abs and Running more than stretching for the perfect split.

The first day was such a bust, but you live and you learn we can agree to that.

My main problem was the place issue, the first day I went to my gym, like I regularly do, but for some reason (not worth mentioning), it was SUPER crowded, and by SUPER I mean... crazyyyyy!!! I wasn't even able to finish my initial workout, because every single machine was occupied along with the yoga matts AND the free spaces (I'm glad I was able to do anything really).

The whole environment was very stuffy regardless of how well ventilated the space is, and that made running seem like any one's worst nightmare.

About Abs and stretching... well I can confidently say... THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO FREE SPACE.

Apologies, i don't mean to yell, but the worst thing after a late pizza delivery is a very crowded, stuffy gym.

New game plan... Abs and stretching could be done during the day at home (i'm usually free), and the running part... May the odds be in my favor next time.

Moving on to the rest of the week, day two I managed to stretch to the point where it felt like it was leg day the next morning. I don't think I stretched any other day though...

For the Abs and running I might have missed only two days of the seven total. Which isn't such a bad result.

Next week's focus is to be consistent with stretching, since Abs and running have become just another part of the routine.
